Something for my friend.

Hello all.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I’m just looking for ideas for something that I can get my friend to cheer her up. She has split up with her boyfriend and is a bit down about it and there is other shit going on in her life too. She is really stressed out and this isn’t like her at all.

I was thinking flowers but she might think they are from her ex so don’t want to get her hopes up.

Alcohol or chocolates aren’t a gift she would not appreciate.

We are going out this weekend (a day that has been arranged for ages)

So I’m not sure what I can do for her. I would love to get her flowers but as I said don’t want to get her hopes up.

Does anyone have any ideas? Nothing too expensive

Something along the jewellery lines, earrings or necklace or a matching set, doesn't have to be expensive and it will last and make her smile and remember u.

..remember u every time she wears it.

eg dangly earrings with a leaf motif (it's nearly autumn)

Bath bomb, eye mask, scented candle, subscription for a meditation app, tickets for both of you for a musical or stand-up gig, or something else fun to do together like a cookery class, dance class, kayak or SUP, make up lesson.

If she's a soak-in-the-bath type then nice bath stuff/body cream.

Think relaxation.

Or another day/cinema/comedy club day out, on you.

A nice new lipstick. I just bought a Lipstick Queen one from Space nk and it looks yellow, but once it is on the lips it changes to a pink to naturally suit. Just a bit of fun & nice quality.
