How to address this email

I’m emailing some info over to a company, the email they sent me requesting the info is from a generic email with
Please find attached the form to complete

(Company name)

There is someone CCed in. Do I address the email to them? If not, how do I start the email?

I wouldn’t address them personally. Perhaps leave off an official “To...” line? I think emails should be polite and professional but not necessarily completely formal.

I work for a law firm and we use 'Dear Sirs' for emails to generic email addresses. I know it's not very pc but it is the industry standard.
