DS 12 has been invited to a girls 14th birthday party. His first 'proper' party! It's a neon party and DS is desperate to not be wearing anything embarrassing but still fitting in to the theme. Any teenage boys been to a neon party recently and what did they wear? My google searches are mostly bringing up girls clothes.

Can't he just wear a neon coloured T-shirt? What are the other boys wearing?

Next have some Neon T-shirt’s, shorts and socks etc in their men’s and older boys stuff so I’m sure you could kit him out approximately from there.

Also most toyshops or pound shops will have those neon plastic bracelets that glow in the dark and you can get neon laces for his trainers. In all honesty though a T-shirt is probably enough.

Thank you all I was getting too bogged down googling neon party and finding neon tutus etc. I have ordered a neon pink Illusive London t shirt from JD and I will get him some neon socks from Next. I think I am more nervous than him with it being his first proper party! He is going on the bus but I have put my foot down and will be picking him up in the car!
