Sorry for shouting but WTAF? The nights are drawing in and I've been looking at flights today to visit my parents at Christmas. CHRISTMAS!

Where has 2019 gone?

Thank god it is!

Time flies by faster as we age because of fractions. When you're 4 one year is 1/4 of your life. That's huge! As we get older those fractions get smaller and smaller.

Don't get me wrong Appletina, September is my favourite month but it goes too quickly and next thing it's October and the clocks go back

Right?! Where indeed did 2019 go? Crazy

I know! I was commenting to my husband about how suddenly waking up to no sunlight through curtains and having to put lights on

On a personal level, I'd like to jump very quickly into 2020. It will be my year and my fresh start.

However, September always seems to catch up on me without me knowing! Is it because so many of us tend not to have a very good routine in August because of the school holidays and we lose the ability to know what day of the week it is, let alone month?

I'm keen to get into September and the Autumn/Winter months though. I like getting into pjs and thick socks. And my beloved work boots too!

I know that Bees and it's just a reminder I'm getting old I live in a hot climate so June - August is always a bit of a blur to me.

Must have had a good summer. Time is out most precious resource.

Slow it down. Slow it down quickly. Make a rash decision to change your life. If this sounds a bit weirdy, it is because it is. I have had the most success since I gave up the city a year ago, chilled out. Had the best summer ever. Work comes in and I can be even choosier than before.

Here's the nub.

Ignore those voices in your head. From the TV. From MN. From internet.

When you feel the need to rush out and buy something or make sure something is perfect, DON'T.

It already is.

Just enjoy the moment.

You are now in the moment.

It is big, isn't it.

And everything has slowed down already.
