Amazon prime streaming issues

Boring question but Ive been trying to watch the US Open Tennis on amazon and it keeps freezing, buffering and then a sign comes up saying I have low bandwidth. Except I don't! All tests show my connections are good and my speeds are mid to late 20 mbps. Everything else streams no problem. Tried all times of day. With other people in house using Wi-fi and not.

This is on two TVs. On Wi-fi with Firesticks.

Anyone else have this please?

Interesting! Thanks for the reply. I've always found it a bit crappy. The remote seems to stop working at the drop of a hat. The remote app is irritatingly hard to use - you sort of have to guess how to manipulate it - bit like a mouse.

I think it's a bit cheap.
