Hello all.
I have a 24 year old son who has moved from South Wales to Woking with his work, He is renting a room at the moment, but would like to think about purchasing a little flat for himself. We are going round in circles as we do not know the area so don't know where to look. He could not afford to purchase where he is, Addlestone, (except on shared ownership). He is looking for something about £150k. Could anyone advice on nice areas to live, within about a 20 minute drive to Chertsey Road in Woking, a nice town with a railway station and shops.
