PayPal refund question

I might refund an Ebay buyer who might change their mind about something. What happens if there isn't enough money in my PayPal account? e.g. If I need to refund £20 but there's only £15 in my PayPal? Will it just come out of my associated bank account, or will it cause a load of problems?

It will just come out of your bank account won't it?
I never 'hold' money in my PayPal account, all transactions just come out of my bank account.

It uses your PayPal balance first then takes the extra (so £5) from your linked bank account
