Recommended me a cheap but effective spy camera

I need a discreet indoor camera in my flat, but don't have a lot of money. Can anyone recommend one?
(I think landlord is letting himself in while I am out, but don't really want to get into that here, just after a camera).

do you have an iPad? download a pet watch monitor thing which you can view from your phone?

We have Neos smartcam sold on Amazon. It's great and so easy to use.

I have a fire tablet but not an iPad.
