Me and my husband would like to emigrate to Australia. I have a BA Hons in Education Studies (Primary), my husband has a certificate of higher education in children and families. We are not sure if we can even get a visa with our qualifications. We also looking for advice for best area to move to or the cheapest area. any advice would be helpful. thanks

Have a look at the Australian immigration website, it's all based on points and it tells you what points you'll need to get in. We lived over there for nearly 6 years, but we went over with on a 457 visa as my husband was offered a job with an Australian company.
We lived in Brisbane, very hot in summer, but cheaper to live there than Sydney or Melbourne.
You definitely need to live near a big city initially imo, I had a friend who moved out there to a fairly isolated place on the Sunshine Coast and they moved back home in under than a year.
We lived in a suburb right near the city for the first 3 months, rented a house a few suburbs out from that for 18 months and then finally bought a house about 40 mins out from the city (as it was cheaper!)
Have a look at this and see what points you need/have.
