Please be wary of any Facebook adverts selling bras of any kind. They use different names and are all based in China even though Google has come up with a French address occasionally.

Same situation as here, ordered, waited 6 weeks, small size and poor quality and responses to emails were a joke.

I spent one night going on every page I could find on FB and Instagram copying and pasting a warning /buyer beware. I then reported every page that comes up as a scam. But that takes a lot of time and effort.

Same here. Last email says we will give you a massive discount on next order. No address. They say sen t correct size that i asked for.(true) but way to small. Cant get over my head. Waiting for response to my question....are you going to reimburse my purchase price......

Be specific with them that you do not want what they offer but want a refund as per their policy sent in your parcel or you will take it to somewhere official. Then still if no response take to PayPal complaints.

Have now been offered 15% discount on next order. 🤣no offer of a return and reimbursment. Ok i have now learnt a lesson.

I ordered 4 tops. They refunded one as it was no longer available but the other three, well what can I say 😳. I ordered a size larger than their conversion chart said as I wanted them a loose fit. What I received measured around 3 sizes smaller than stated. The package had come from Milton Keynes but they want me to return to China and also to lie and say there's only £2 worth of goods ! Doesn't bode well does it. They don't answer questions, avoid what they don't want to address. CON ARTISTS. Note to self - don't buy from Facebook again

Well, I was far too confident that PayPal would sort this out. They have been horrendous! Cost £13 to send parcel back. Gave them a tracking number that I have used myself and they recently just closed the case! Said I didn’t give them a tracking number! Despite me sending them copies of their email saying thanks for the tracking number and letting them know it worked, I have received automated responses, basically saying, ‘tough’! So I lost the £37 paid and £13 p and p. And yes, we can all say, “I told you so” and “don’t buy from adverts” butI did and feel very let down by PayPal who let rip off companies continue!!

3 months after ordering from Alice Melle I have finally got my refund but only because I opened a PayPal dispute and then PayPal closed the dispute in my favour and refunded my account. I have exchanged dozens of Emails with Alice Melle and got more and more frustrated. Just like others who have commented on this site, I was asked to send photos of the items, give the items to a friend and reconsider my decision to return the goods, being told to 'try again' to like the products. I returned the items to China by tracked and signed for mail at a cost of £15. What made me so cross was that whilst I was returning 3 items, there were also 3 items I had never received and yet a full refund for the items they claimed were out of stock was not forthcoming whilst I negotiated with them for a refund of the returned goods. They offered 10% refund for everything (even the unreceived items), then 20%, then 25% then 35% and told me they could not refund anything until I closed the PayPal dispute, which I refused to do as they would never confirm a full refund that I felt entitled to. My advice to anyone who is having difficulty getting a refund is to set up a paypal or credit card dispute and don't give up until paypal or the credit card company have resolved it. The whole process has been very stressful and time consuming and I will NEVER buy from Alice Melle again and advise anyone thinking of ordering anything to look elsewhere as it is nothing but hassle dealing with them.

Pleased to hear you got your refund. I think I will take this up with my credit card company as I lost £50 to include the £13 it cost to send it back and I haven’t had a thing. PayPal said y tracking number was wrong and it wasn’t but closed my dispute!!
