I am making some sweetie cones for a friend's DC party, and I need to do one that's free from nuts, eggs and peanuts. Having no experience of these allergies I was hoping that someone could tell me exactly what I can buy that is completely safe. I really don't want to get it wrong! Thank you.

I was thinking haribo might be a good bet and will look for Kinnerton too, thanks. I'll definitely check labels, just wanted a point in the right direction Smile

Pretty sure Skittles are.

awsomeDean · 27/08/2019 21:01

The thing is different flavours might have different ingredients.
So for example walkers salt and vinegar crisps are dairy free, walkers extra crunchy salt and vinegar are not - you absolutely have to check the labels of everything.

Some marshmallows are safe for my dd some aren't so I would never say she can eat anything without checking the label.

Those millions sweets are good for cones

dementedpixie · 27/08/2019 21:07

Starburst, skittles etc. I'd just avoid chocolate and stick to sugar filled sweets instead

GaraMedouar · 27/08/2019 21:10

Skittles, dairy free choc buttons from supermarket (just check they say nut free too)
