does anyone actually have any idea what these are on about? Should I be concerned ? I do not want to google ! I honestly appreciate any help on this, I understand it's odd but it's embarrassing for me to find out too and I don't understand what it is

Then I think you can rest assured if all else is good on the sex front. Despite being married you are still very much individuals and have individual needs/fantasies.
