Help. It’s from a Flying Tiger mystery bag. It’s hard plastic and I’ve got no idea

Bath toy?

A wee funnel thingy?

Both have been considered, but not sure. Another pic for size

It looks like something should clip onto it in those small holes, was there nothing else in the bag?

She wee?

A little rocking dish for mint sauce?

Floating soap dish?

A tape dispenser? Missing a little stick to go through the eyes?

I bought one of these for my DD - it's to wash a child's hair in the bath. You scoop water in to it and then pour it over their head. I think I got it from Wilkinson's or somewhere similar.

It's for holding yr kitchen sponge, you screw it to the wall.

Codpiece.

For watering houseplants maybe.
