Blue sweat! Help!

Basically I noticed the other day that the toilet seat in my bathroom had gone blue. My DD has just started talking the pill, so after a quick google I concluded it was that. However... this morning I went to make my bed and there is a load of blue staining all over the sheets. Pretty much in the shape of me (yes I sleep naked). I'm obviously sweating blue! Wt actual f?!!!! Anyone have any experience of this?

You're turning into a Smurf.

There was another mumsnetter who posted the same thing a while ago. I can't remember what it was in the end, maybe the washing powder capsules she was using. Will see if I can find the thread

Thank you! If you can find it that would be great!

Have you bought new jeans recently?

ClemDanFango · 25/08/2019 12:38

I recently turned the toilet seat blue after a day wearing new jeans. They weren't even blue jeans - they're black! Could it be that?

surlycurly · 25/08/2019 12:53

I haven't bought new jeans. And it was the top half of me that was evident on the bed sheets. I got the same condition when I googled it too but I'm not seeing blue sweat signs anywhere else. It's also suggesting pregnancy (no chance- my womb is shut) it the menopause which I suppose is possible as I'm 41. Anyone else got any ideas?

I can't find the previous thread. I Am sure it ended up being some kind of chemical reaction with washing machine pods

blackcat86 · 25/08/2019 15:16

Is there any chance its urine? Have you peed since? I was watching a Netflix documentary and there was a girl with blue urine. Turned out she had a metabolic issue where she couldn't digest fatty acid. The show is called 'diagnosis'.

My fake tan sometimes leaves blueish/green on toilet seat. Is that a possibility?

surlycurly · 25/08/2019 15:51

Yes I do use fake tan but have never had this issue before.

And I'm peeing fine Blush
