Heat Makes Me Miserable

I really struggle with the heat . Im tired and covered in mosquito bites .

I love the sun , just not silly heat.

Anyone else struggle with the heat ?

I was persuaded to go out on the motorbike for a run today - I really didn't want to, knowing how hot it would be.

But I compensated by eating my way around North Yorkshire.

Oh my tho', the heat!!! I drank over 3 litres of water and several mugs of tea, and still only needed the loo twice all day.

I'm not going out to play tomorrow though
