Imodium, and hydrocortisone cream for notes.

hopewardrobe · 24/08/2019 08:15

Paracetamol/ibroprofen for adults
Bite/sting cream
Antiseptic wipes/cream
Sudocreme
Canesten cream - swimming/heat etc can spark thrush in you or if you have daughters

BarberaofSeville · 24/08/2019 08:15

Bites not notes, I don't think the cream would be much use for notes....

Butternutsqoosh · 24/08/2019 08:21

Steristrips/wound closure strips, always end up using them!!

SamBeckett · 24/08/2019 20:52

Derp heat , deep freeze for sore muscles if you are doing walking / impact type activates. Sudcream, if you go to kfc grab a handful of there wet wipes as well as cleaning sticky mitts hey can be used to wipe grazed knees , wipe down plastic table/chairs ( when you are eating outside ) etc.

SamBeckett · 24/08/2019 21:23

If KFC wipes aren't your thing then try this from a company called sachets and more it starts off as a very hard little disc but with a few drops of water and expands very quickly the adverts so you don't need water but you do need some liquid , sweat would probably do but I don't fancy that.
I used a few drops of lemon juice out of my drink on this one so I had a nice lemony cloth. the cloths are reusable several times.

Give me a minute and I'll find the link for it as is also several other things on their website you may find useful.
