Second opinion on childcare invoice

In January I started claiming the 30 hours of free childcare for my child. My monthly invoice was put up as they realised they had calculated the consumables incorrectly and then it was put up again as they realised my monthly fee for covering holidays was incorrect. I now have invoice which I am due to pay the beginning of September but I’m not happy with it and getting no where with the manager at the nursery. Can I ask for a second opinion? Firstly they are calculating my costs over 10 months not 12 when she will be there September to September and secondly I have 5 hours of funding which I am allowed to use for the holidays. There is 280 days of school holidays and I get 190 days. They are wanting me to pay for the difference between the two but the 280 includes bank holidays which I don’t think I should pay for. Any advice?

You do have to pay for bank holidayd. Annoying ut it is how most work.
It should be over 12 months - ask them to explain why it is 10.
Can you post the fees and how many days you are wanting?
My daughter does 4 days term time and 2 days in holidays. We pay £46 a day and 2.50 top up for comsumables. She gets 30 free hours.
This means for 39 weeks we pay £46 + £4.50. For 12 weeks we pay £46 x 2.
1969.50 + 1102 =3073.5 / 12 = 256.13

Term time is 190 days, not 280.

This is what I got from the nursery “The £3.58 you be been paying is for 1x extra days holiday care that your hours did not cover in the previous academic year. However I believe this to be incorrect. As shown on today's invoice, you use 10 funded hours per week, that leaves you with 5 funded hours spare each week which amounts to 190 hours from the 38 weeks you attend term time (38x5). The holiday care you use is 14 weeks at 20 hours as you do 2 full days (14x20) which is a total of 280 hours, leaving 90 hours to pay for. I have split this over the 10 months”
