I know this should be on work, but the Committee meet on Tuesday.
I work for a sporting non-profit.
I started as a coach, took on more roles and eventually the committee approved up to 20 hrs per week paid at minimum wage.
In addition to my paid roles, I still coach and have three other voluntary roles.
One of these roles is Data Officer, which since our governing body enforced wholesale changes, is quite busy.
After a number of 10+ hour days preparing for our new season, I've finally decided that enough is enough.
I don't want to be greedy but I'm feel like they're taking advantage.
