I usually recommend shark on threads asking about which hoover to buy. However mine has been broken this week.
I phoned Shark, they took me through a troubleshooting process and worked out that the motor had gone. They ordered a new motor which is due to arrive today, the whole thing took 15 minutes at the most. Brilliant customer service- don’t work for them but so glad I chose them.
