I would love some advice for the interview I have coming up.
Thanks!

Not a 111 call.operator but I have worked elsewhere in the NHS. Interview questions are all competence based so have another look at the skills required for the job, e.g., keeping calm under pressure or working as part of a team, and think of examples where you have done that.

At my interview they'll also asked why I wanted that job. I replied "I need money" but which is the truth but I then expanded on that by saying that yes, I need money to live - don't we all? - but I'd like to earn that money doing something that interests me and that I find emotionally/mentally rewarding as well as financially rewarding because you can only give the best of yourself at work, push yourself, challenge yourself when you're happy/content in that work. They also asked if I had any questions for them so I asked what did they enjoy most about working in the NHS and I asked how do they help staff develop their skills and progress. After I got the job my manager, who was the on the panel who interviewed me, said that she always looks closely at how people respond to those last two questions as their answers can tell her a bit about them as a person rather than a set of competencies.
