How many Gherkins is too many in a salad?

I've been chopping up 2 for a salad - and wondered if any more would just spoil it.

You can never have too many gherkins!

You have gherkins? You’ve opened the jar and there are still enough left to put in a salad? TOTAL FAIL!!!!! It’d be “one for me, one for the salad, three for me, one for the salad…..”

Aldi chilli gherkins? Deffo going to stop off on the way home, gotta have a go at those bad boys.

1 gherkin is too many. There is no upper limit on cornichons.

I might have to try cornichons next. I saw them when I was getting Gherkins in Tesco.

Capers are also being added a lot to salads/cooked beef tomatoes with cheese, etc etc.

Getting some good recipe ideas from this thread. Like the sound of the Italian rice salad....
