So I've roasted a chicken and last night we ate 2 breasts and a leg.

I've seen on here recommendations for a soup/broth by boiling bones and then adding the left over stripped chicken.

Can someone tell me how? I am useless. I'd like to add noodles too?

I've never done it but Google is your friend. I think it involves stripping the meat and boiling the carcus for 8ish hours with various veg/herbs etc, straining the liquid when it's done which is the broth base. Then add the meat (and noodles etc) to make a soup which you can then portion out and freeze. Sorry I'm not more help, I'm of the lazy sort that just buys a stock cube rather than the above faff Grin

Put all the bones into a large saucepan. Add one onion, peeled and quartered, 1 carrot roughly chopped, a bunch of thyme, parsley and sage if you have it, and a few peppercorns . Simmer for a few hours then strain. You have your base for soup, or any chicken dish really, such as risotto. Left over stock can be frozen. Smile
