Girls school trousers?

My 10yo is going into yr6, she's rather hippy and has a more than ample bum, it means i'm struggling to find her school trousers for her shape... they all seem to think girls ought to still be built straight up and down like boys at that age >.<

Short of making her wear skirts (she's a tomboy and hates them) who/where does trousers for the more curvy kids?

(and no, she isnt overweight, its just her shape)

I have exactly the same problem !
My 15DD is a size 6 but the size 6 doesn’t go over her bum (we call it her Kim K ) but she needs the size 6 waist -we’ve spent hours !! Looking for school trousers and tbh I think she’ll just end up in a skirt which isn’t great in the winter !

She lives in jeggings/leggings normally, but the school wont allow that kind of fit in a trouser. ugh.

Have you tried adults size 6 clothes?
Matalan do some trousers with a lot of stretch in them so comfy.

Or maybe try Asda for Skorts?

My Dd ended up with boys/mens trousers from M&S she hates skirts too, and hated that the womens trousers were to short in the waist, or had no pockets or where too much like a pair of leggings (which she lives in at home )

We have exactly the same problem, my DD is the same age and same build. In the past we have bought stretchy trousers from Asda but my daughter now refuses these as they are too girlie and don't have pockets. I have found the trousers that fit her best (and have pockets) are the girls ones from Lidl.
