Any tips on how to handle the hot flushes?

Waking up in the middle of the night, in puddles of sweat is not that great either.

It was particularly lovely during the recent heatwave. I sleep with a wet flannel handy and put it on my chest more often than I would like.

I have been sleeping with a fan directly on me.

Will try the cold flannel

You need HRT. It's a lifesaver.

I seriously hope so, I'm exhausted and keep crying over nothing, I have GP appointment soon so fingers crossed.

Do NOT let your gp fob you off. Here's a really good article about peri and how useless so many gp's can be.
