Dd is 13. Earlier today she sneezed and she felt something hurt in her back.
She soon seemed fine and we went out for the afternoon. She was running around and all ok.
When we came home it hurt her to get out of the car but then was ok.
Now it's suddenly a lot worse. DH had to help her off the couch.
She's now lying on her bed.
I'm swinging from being really worried and calling out of hours to thinking she has form for being dramatic and that Nurofen and a night's sleep will help.
I can't decide.
I realise no-one can diagnose her. Just looking for opinions on what others would do.

She slept well but got up limping and complaining and ready for a day of me waiting on her. I gave her nurofen and it must have had magical properties because she was invited to her friend's house for the afternoon so she ran off to get ready and that was the end of the complaints!
I don't think it's totally better but no where near as bad as it first seemed.
Thanks for thinking of us.

Glad she’s better but I think you deserve a medal for putting up with her drama! Grin

She's a real character. The funny thing is that she has some health issues and when she is sick she really downplays it and soldiers on. First sign of physical injury though and she's goes into full on limp, weak-voiced melodrama.
