Does anybody else have this problem with sky and it not showing all the programmes on the TV guide?

I've attached a picture but not sure why it does it and what to do🤷🏼‍♀️

Mine has done that twice and each time the hard drive has failed on the box within a few weeks. Are you having any problems with recordings failing?
Reset the box and the guide should re populate.

Hard drive failure.

Try the resetting instructions in the help section. Failing that it's a job for an engineer which will stung you for about £65

Both times my box was replaced for free and I was not charged for an engineers visit. If OP has a Sky Box and a contract with them she will not be charged a call out fee for failed equipment.

JustBeenNosey · 20/08/2019 14:36

@SistersOfPercy yah we do have a contract and stuff. This one is on the sky Q multi room in my bed room. I'll have to see whether it's the same on the main box downstairs

Yes, you won't get charged.
Mine started with the failing to populate the guide, then slowly recordings started to fail and then it went into what can only be described as 'Chipmunk Mode'. Everything sounded like the chipmunks and it took a dozen resets to cure it.

They replaced it and within 2 months the second box was doing the same. This time it went into chipmunk mode randomly and the guide was mostly non existent. They arranged to come out and replace the box only didn't show up and didn't bother to tell me.

I went nuclear and told them I wanted the Q Box now please as this didn't tend to suffer with the chipmunk issues the one did. I was sick of losing weeks worth of recordings and schedules. They did agree and fitted the Q box for free. So far it's behaved itself.

@SistersOfPercy ahhhh okay!

Thank you, I'll get my mum/stepdad to get in touch with them
