E Coli in urine- severe stutter

Hi all
I’m hoping someone out there reads this and it strikes a chord.
My daughter is 4 in Dec.

She’s gradually lost weight and is not her self at all. Started 6/8 months ago with severe uti. Turns out it was E. coli and very stubborn to shift.

Then a severe stutter started and hasn’t left. Every now and then it pops back up.

Present day..... treated two months ago for E Coli in uti again and stutter has made a severe comeback.

Drs again today to checkmirine again as I think it’s back , if so third time ....

Dr thinks I’m crazy. She has lost 8lbs in 6 months. Off food, always tired, grey in colour, constant belly ache. Generally not herself at all

Stutter causing her real stress now also.

Has anyone or know of anyone who’s child developed a stutter after a strep or E. coli infection? I’m pushing for scan as I feel it’s now neurological....

Worried sick and my poor little girl is not right. All your help is appreciated x

No stutter but has she had a kidney scan? Ds has this after uti e.coli

They now take all of his urine infections seriously.
The stutter may be unrelated or due to the stress around the infection.
The weight loss is different though, that would have me really worried.

I know that UTI in the elderly can cause delirium. My point is that UTI can cause neurological/brain symptoms, which maybe means they are linked.
