I got burnt yesterday, v painful but quite superficial, skin in tact, no blisters just v red. The burn is at the base of thumb but now has distinct red lines which are getting longer leading from it. To start with I thought it was just how the water ran (poured pan of boiling wAter over myself). But now I’m worried this is tracking as the lines are getting longer. Is this possible from a superficial burn? I’ve only heard of tracking from open wounds.
