We are thinking about this sort of thing for our garden (will try to attach pic, obviously this is just for an idea). Only thing is, the area it would go in is completely north facing - never gets any sun. It's the last bit of the garden to do and I'm at a bit of a loss but want it to be a useable space - I was thinking of composite decking with some sort of covered veranda/pergola/gazebo type thing, cosy garden furniture/patio heater and LOTS of lovely warm lighting. This area is right out of the back door, we are mid terrace! Has anybody done this and it's worked?
