curious to know what is on your agenda.

I have a fussy fussy 9 year old so pretty simple is the order of the day here. Keen for ideas!

So tonight I am having vegetarian curry for husband and a very very very mild chicken korma for me and the children.

Tomorrow I am thinking pasta with peas and ham.

Yesterday had veggie pie, mash and mushy peas- all homemade.

Today I’m getting a chippy tea as at the football.
Tomorrow a mezze - pitta/hummous/falafel etc

Monday: black bean and kale quesadilla
Tuesday: byriani with chickpea, spinach and cashews
Wednesday:creamy sundried tomato pasta
Thursday: heritage tomato salad withe focaccia

• lentil curry and rice
• mackerel and salad

Have a few weddings this week, all in the evening, which means less to cook!

I want to be better at planning my meals for the week rather than buying random stuff in the supermarket and then getting home and trying to figure what I can cook with them!!

Ooh we’ve just had chorizo and potato quesadillas for lunch!
Tonight we’ve got friends coming over for Mexican stuff, tacos, taquitos etc.
Tomorrow we’ve got different friends coming over for Sunday dinner - roast pork with all the trimmings, dd and I are making a cheesecake for pudding.
Monday - bullfighters stew with a Parmesan macaroni bake.
Tuesday - dd2 is making falafel with her own hummus (she hasn’t tried it before!)
Wednesday - fishcakes and salad
Thursday - chicken bacon and avocado salad
Friday - steak night.
All the above is subject to change as people are in and out but that’s the rough plan.
