My wife works 3 nights a week as a nurse. We have 2 kids aged 4 and 1. On the nights she’s works I bath both kids, read them a story then put them both in their own bed. The 1 year is a pain to get to sleep but the 4 year is old is good as gold.
When my wife is home though I put the 1 year old to bed and she allows the 4 year to lie next to her in bed and then when he’s asleep I carry him to his bed.
We have so many arguments about this. I think she is undoing all the work I do in the week getting them to bed in their own bed. She says kids are not robots and the 4 year old misses her when she is on nights.
Sorry I need to get this off my chest and get the advice of others
