Has anyone come across someone who always likes to chat and would like to get paid for it on blogs or forums? My sister-in-law asked me and I said I would ask around for her.

This sounds like an advert, or have I just got a suspicious mind? The trouble with getting paid to post on blogs or forums is that to earn money effectively involves spamming with valueless comments in the hope that a few get through. The fairer way is to read the blogs and only add links where they're genuinely relevant to the topic - but people won't pay enough to make this worthwhile.

Could be both. We won't know without extra info. Maybe she's just looking for easy way to get a couple of quids. If it's the case - I know they exist, but I don't know exact URLs. They started to appear when my kids went to school and I was sorry it didn't come early. It's not always spam. Sometimes site owners want to have reviews and comments just to get better positions in Google...
