I know in theory it would be easy to make but not for me! Would love to buy one though. Found it on internet searching for toy storage. We are overrun by teddies.

I bet you could repurpose a single duvet cover to make one of those, with only a tiny amount of sewing required, and no worries about neat cutting and hemming of material.

I wouldn't even bother cutting it up unless maybe you have 2 DC and want 2, but as a trial I would fold one in half and then half again and sew up the sides and maybe put in a couple of tacking stitches to keep what was the top and bottom together.

Then you need to attach ties on. We have about a million spare shoe laces, because the trainers DP buys come with a spare set and we use them as cat toys, so that's what I'd use, so they just need sewing on in the right place.

No idea how much these things cost, but if you have spare duvet covers it's got to be worth a go? Or even if you had to get a cheap one from a supermarket or somewhere like Ikea.
