Just stopped breastfeeding one year old DS and started my first period since having him two days ago. Also on the pill - noriday.
TMI but it was quite light with lots of brown clots. In the last half hour it's become much heavier with bright red blood. Lots of cramps for the past three days and feeling very emotional and grumpy.
Because it's all a bit unpredictable I'm wearing a pad which I hate and feel very self conscious but worry about wrong absorbency tampon and flooding.
What was your experience?
