Anti-Vac etiquette

Changed name as don't want to be outed.

Basically a close family member is not vaccinated. One parent wants it, the other does not. Dc is a healthy child.

My DM mind the child regularly and was only told this week when she asked them outright.

They don't want anyone told out of embarrassment. But this child is in regular contact with other children/in crèche.

I have mixed feelings about it all but should parents be informed that she is not vaccinated when they are in contact with her.

Of course they should. Spread the word!

That's was my initial thought but then thought I was being a bit hysterical as she is well herself

Nope. As a parent I would want to know. My DD is vaccinated. I paid for the CP vaccine too.

We vaccinate in the hope that the vaccination was good, the body reacts and does its job but they're not 100% affective.

Yes mine are vaccinated too. But of course they are not guaranteed...
