Camping in this weather

If you are currently camping in the UK how are you dealing with the rain and wind? Has it affected your holiday at all? Has it made you want to pack up and go home early?

Genuine question, not trying to be goady or smug. I remember when I used to camp in the summer and hated wet days.

We are camping and loving every minute, the wind has been a bit over the top but even the rain yesterday didn't stop us playing cards and having a few vinos, our children are 11 and 13 so think it would be different if their were babies or toddlers.
