It was only from a month ago or so but isn’t on my watched list and my brain cannot AS any more!
It was a lady who was pregnant and had been offered a job. She hadnt mentioned it at interview but had gone back after offer to say she was pregnant and the interviewer withdrew the job offer because she was pregnant.
There were screenshots of the emails and the OP had gone back to say she would be looking at the legal implications of it. No idea which board it was on, maybe pregnancy or legal?!
If anyone could find it that would be splendid, would love to know what happened next.
