I'm cooking a 3 course meal for our wedding anniversary on Saturday - ideas please?
Something really delicious and special. Not just steak.
Thanks!!

To start, coquilles Saint-Jacques, or scallops and prawns flash fried served with lime butter.
Main course, Roast fillet of veal, fresh peas & lettuce with cream, asparagus, make a sauce with meat juices, redcurrant jelly and white wine.
Pudding, Tarte au citron served with raspberries, or white peaches served with a glass of Beaumes de Venise

What did you have for your wedding breakfast? That would be romantic

What's his most favourite food? Do that, in an especially nice way, with champagne.

We had roast beef for our wedding breakfast which I'm not really up for for a Saturday night but I LOVE the idea of copying our dessert - thanks!
