Calling Norfolk people

Parents are retiring and thinking about Norfolk (dad was born there but hasn’t lived there since he was a teen).

They need to be nearish a railway station as mum doesn’t drive these days.

Where is nice? It’s a huge county and I’m sure like everywhere some bits are more desirable than others.

Thank you.

Eaton is absolutely lovely, and on the route to the hospital. It’s only about 15 minutes out of the city centre and has an excellent bus service. It’s got a great village feel whilst having all the amenities.

Old Catton is also really pretty and close enough to the city to make things easier.

They are building a lot of new houses in Old Catton, so maybe look at Spixworth, Horsted, Coltishall. Frankly, there are a few dodgy places, but the rest I'd happily live in. It's the best place Grin. Transport is the thing you'd have to consider.
