Bloody flybe have lost 2 out of 4 of our hold suitcases. Flight was yesterday. We waited for an hour at carousel and were finally told by an extremely rude woman that it was lost. She barked orders to fill out a form but didn't give a PR number. We gave our contact details but nobody has phoned us. Hotel are being very helpful and are persistently ringing flybe and the airport as we are, but no news. Luckily I had a tankini and spare pants in my cabin luggage. Apparently we can spend £25 a day on toiletries, clothes etc to claim back. It's annoying
