If you could holiday anywhere next summer with £4K where would you go?

Ok so I need inspiration. Not a big budget but any ideas?
I would be somewhere around the 12th July for 1 week. 2 adults and a 3 year old and 5 year old. Where would you go with your £4K?

Beach/heat
Stuff to see/do
Activities/ culture

A bit of beach for the kids and maybe some culture, possibly activities- but that might be difficult due to ages. But I don’t want a pure city visit as the kids will get bored I think

In July you have loads of options as the weather should be good across Europe.
Spain
Portugal
Italy
Greece

Oh and I only do all inclusive- I'm not cooking and cleaning on holiday! Kids clubs are also a winner
