You know the kind I mean, stuff that's not too taxing. Years ago I would've called it hangover TV I suppose. I favour repeats of Keith Floyd, Wanted Down Under, Come Dine With Me and Four in a Bed. I miss stuff like Airline and Holiday Showdown.

What are yours?

Shock Holiday Showdown! I used to love that!

Can you remember the one where it was quite a posh family and then a family from Blackpool who were both strippers and they went on the posh family's holiday first and they were joking about where the Blackpool couple's holiday would be and were guessing it would be some tacky Benidorm holiday.

They go on the Blackpool couple's holiday and it was a trip they made every year to a third world county where they took a lot of supplies and provisions for the local children and schools. They seemed like such lovely people. The posh couple were really shocked and showed their true colours complaining about the accommodation saying 'no white person should be expected to stay in a place like that' Shock

A Touch of Frost, everytime. Crime that's not too gritty and without the swearing ect. It also gives me great nostalgia cos I'm from the area alot of it was filmed. The sax intro gives me goosebumps.

Raz I love My Name Is Earl! Such an underrated programme.

My comfort TV is:

I'm obsessed with homes under the hammer. Also adore back in time for dinner/tea when it's on. Used to be obsessed with 60 minute makeover and may the best house win back in the day.

PrivateIsles · 13/08/2019 20:27

I love Back in time for dinner/tea, great programme! The Christmas one was great too.
