Dreams that stay with you / bad mood all day?

Had a mother fucker of a bad dream last night, the kind of one that wrenches up your past.

CANNOT for the life of me shake it off.

I've been in a foul mood ALL day because of it and now dreading the thought of going to sleep!

It was about bastard ex of 16 months ago!?!! WHY!?!?

Happens to me so I feel you

It can ruin the fuck out of my day, make me cross at my wife, etc

I've been FOUL all day and so cheesed off!

Yes me too, twice last night. Was really tearful all day.

I once dreamed that my husband had sold our house and bought another without me knowing. (I do remember that the sitting room in the house he'd bought had a pink carpet and a copper canopy over the fireplace, and a garden with a massive slope.) I woke in an absolutely foul mood, and apologised to him as it took me a while to calm down. He thought it was funny...

Fingers crossed for good dreams (or even better, no dreams) for all of us!

I've found they're worse when I'm due on. Hormonal even in my dreams!

How did you sleep last night @inboxmayhem? The application of some wine helped here and I got 8 hours of peaceful sleep.
