Morrisons More Card app

Does anyone know how to actually retrieve vouchers in the Morrison's card app? I pressed the button to use my points to get a voucher but nothing happened

If you’re in store head to customer services and they’ll be able to help. I opted to have mine print automatically and I just keep a stash at home.

It apparently loads the £5 onto your card ready to use when you go shopping

What are your settings on the app? I have just set mine to load onto the card rather than being printed

Ahhh got it. My settings are to use on the card so I think next time I use it it will be there. Got it. Thanks all! Such a boring thread I know

It’s good to know! The woman who served me a while ago mentioned how people save them up for Christmas as I’d been using them as they printed. So I am now saving them up as by the time Christmas arrives the vouchers will cover most of it.
