Business NVQ level 3/4 help please

I currently work as a band 3 secretary for the NHS. I have a NVQ level 2 in business admin. I feel stuck in a rut at the moment in my job and i'm really wanting to gain some more qualifications and progress into a better role. Does anyone know if you can do level 4 from a level 2 or do I have do level 3 and then 4? I'm happy to go to night classes at college to do this but can't seem to find any in my area or any links online for online courses I'm probably not looking in the right place. Could anyone please help? Thanks in advance

You should be able to move on to a level 3 qualification at your Trust. Contact your Trust’s education team. Take advantage of the free education that the NHS will provide.

I will see if I can contact them, I have asked my manager a few times he says he will look into it but never does. Would I need to do the level 3 rather than going straight onto level 4? Thanks

It’s not your managers qualification or his career. So definitely contact the team that deal with education at your Trust. Good luck!

It might also be worth looking into a HNC or HND?
