Just looking for a quick idea of price for this. I'm moving into a house that's 10 years old in a couple of weeks. I would love to knock down the wall between the dining room and sitting room but I have no idea of how much this would cost. If it's a load bearing wall we could put a beam in so if anyone could give a rough estimate of what I'm looking at doing I would be so grateful. The wall is approximately 12 foot long.
