7 month old started screaming throughout the day

My baby is 7 months and up until the last few days been a very happy content little boy, however out of nowhere he just screams. We can be playing or just sitting or eating dinner, basically anytime at all and he screams with his arms outstretched like he's really angry!!

Is this a phase??!! My head is banging :(

Could he be teething?

I went through a similar phase around then (lasted a loooong month), have a few posts about it actually, out popped four teeth and she was back to being a happy bunny!

My first thought was teeth. Dd was like that. Perfectly content one minute and then suddenly screaming the place down. Tooth appeared shortly afterwards!

Sounds like teething to me and I’m afraid it may last on and off for a while. Some babies really suffer, others don’t. To get through painful nighttime’s we would alternate calpol and nurofen and used the homeopathic granuals and numbing gels during the day.
