4 week baby - convinced my HV is wrong

My 4 week old DS seems to be in pain after every feed. Rarely he'll fall asleep whilst feeding, but most of the time feeds end with him pulling off and starting to scream and writhe in pain. After feeds he continues to red face scream and arch his back. He spits up constantly and projectile vomits quite impressive distances. I'm so fed up of seeing him in pain. He'll eventually fall asleep and then wake up wanting more food and I just want to cry as it'll be back to him being in pain. HV says it's not colic or reflux and that he's just greedy, drinking too much milk and throwing up what he can't keep down. He's EBF and feeds every two hours.

Sounds like Pyloric Stenosis or a dairy intolerance. Is the baby putting on weight?

Poor little baby.

Sometimes they will keep feeding as the milk going down soothes them, they don't realise it's just part of a horrid little vicious cycle.

I had piles of muslins everywhere and I got a throw for the sofa, easier to put that in the wash then the sofa.
