How do they know for sure that she can't speak Welsh?

Members of Y Gorsedd have contributed to the Welsh language. Huge clue is in the name as many are bards. But there are musicians, actors, singers, doctors from Africa who have made an effort to learn Welsh.

The Queen has done none of them. Just because she is Queen does not mean she us entitled.

Interesting, isn't it? About not speaking any of the original languages of Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. You'd think as head of state of the UK rather than just England, it would be an acknowledgement or gesture of respect for them.
