School bags

My DS age 6 is going into p3 (Scotland) soon and has asked for the disney store toy story 4 back pack as his new school bag. He loves it.

But my dh has voiced his thoughts that it may be a bit young for him?

Any thoughts? Is toy story back pack suitable for a 6 year old? I thought if he wants it why not? But don’t want him to be picked on.

I think it is be a sad day when Toy Story is considered too young for a 6 year old.
Far too much pressure on children to grow up quickly these days.
Would your DH prefer he had a GTA bag?

He’s six! Surely six is the exact age children are supposed to be watching Disney films.

He already has the bag and will be taking it to school. He loves toy story.

Think the worry was some of the kids he doesn’t play with all talk fortnite etc which he isn’t allowed to watch /play. Because it’s to old for him in my mind. X

I'm much older and I would love a Toy Story bag! I think kids use them much older than 6.

At that age I think the bag is mainly hung up at school.

It’s when they’re older and walking around the playground with their bags that they like to all have the same brand/style to fit in.

A Toy story one sounds lovely got his age, certainly not too young.
